Location: Hybrid with regular travel to the Bradford office

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in housing? We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing Executive to join our Housing Marketing Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of effective marketing activity across rented housing and extra care, helping to promote our locations, support occupancy targets and deliver the rented housing marketing strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support Campaign Delivery: Support the Marketing Manager in coordinating and delivering online and offline campaign activity across rented housing and extra care.
- Deliver Paid Advertising: Help identify priority locations, book media through external agencies, brief artwork to Design and liaise with publishers and suppliers.
- Manage Marketing Content: Develop and maintain toolkits, guidance, intranet content and promotional items that support consistent, effective local marketing activity.
- Maintain Listings: Keep third\-party directory listings accurate and up to date, alongside supporting updates to marketing information on internal records.
- Coordinate Requests: Manage the marketing inbox, respond to queries professionally and maintain mailing and suppression lists in line with agreed processes.
- Build Relationships: Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, Housing Operations, the Customer Centre and wider Comms and Marketing colleagues to deliver activity effectively.
- Creative Thinker: You have a keen eye for design, excellent attention to detail and strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Marketing Experience: You have experience supporting marketing campaigns, media planning, advertising, print production and digital marketing activity.
- Relationship Builder: You can build positive working relationships with agencies, suppliers and stakeholders across different teams.
- Commercially Aware: You understand how to act commercially within a not\-for\-profit environment and can support effective use of budgets and suppliers.
- Organised Multi\-tasker: You can manage your own workload, prioritise competing deadlines and keep stakeholders updated.
- Analytical Approach: You are confident working with data, tracking activity and supporting the measurement of campaign performance.
