Marketing & E-commerce Manager

About the Role

Lemon \& Soda UK is looking for a Marketing \& E\-commerce Manager to drive our brand's growth across digital and wholesale channels. You'll own the marketing and e\-commerce strategy end\-to\-end — from campaign planning to sales analysis to brand presence — and play a key role in shaping how we grow in the UK market.

This is a hands\-on role for someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable in the details of a product listing, a campaign report, or a customer trend.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement the company's overall marketing and e\-commerce strategy in line with business objectives


• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across appropriate online channels


• Manage and develop e\-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions and online customer experience


• Analyse sales, customer and website data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved performance


• Conduct market research on customer preferences, emerging fashion trends and competitor activity


• Develop marketing plans for new products, seasonal ranges and promotional campaigns


• Manage the company's online brand presence, including website content and social media


• Coordinate with suppliers and internal staff to ensure accurate product information, pricing and availability across sales channels


• Develop strategies to grow customer acquisition, retention and repeat purchases


• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports for the Managing Director


• Support wholesale customer base growth by identifying potential business customers and marketing opportunities


• Track competitors, market conditions and industry developments, and recommend commercial responses


• Manage marketing budgets and monitor spend for commercial value


• Liaise with external marketing, advertising, website and other service providers as needed


• Provide recommendations to management based on market research, sales data and customer behaviour


• Contribute to business planning and new sales/distribution opportunities
