Marketing Consultant
Overview
As a Marketing Consultant at NREX LTD, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to support the growth of our courier and logistics business. You will help increase brand awareness, attract new e\-commerce sellers and retailers, strengthen customer relationships, and promote our delivery solutions across the UK.
The successful candidate will work closely with the management and operations teams to identify market opportunities, create effective marketing campaigns, analyse customer trends, and support business development initiatives. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a commercial mindset to help drive the company's growth.
Duties
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote NREX LTD’s courier and logistics services.
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential e\-commerce sellers, retailers, and commercial clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Support brand development and improve company visibility in the logistics sector.
- Manage social media content, online promotions, and marketing communications.
- Create marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and business partners.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Work with the sales and operations teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements.
- Attend networking events, industry exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
- Maintain awareness of market developments within the courier, logistics, and e\-commerce industries.
- Previous experience in marketing, business development, sales, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and brand promotion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyse customer data.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of B2B marketing is desirable.
- Experience within logistics, courier, e\-commerce, or transport industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
- Right to work in the UK. Sponsorship support may be available for selected candidates who meet the required criteria and eligibility requirements.
Pay: £24,420\.00\-£33,395\.57 per year
