About the Role
We are excited to introduce a brand\-new opportunity for a Marketing \& Community Engagement Officer to join our team.This is a rewarding and dynamic role where you will play a key part in raising awareness of the home, building strong community links, and supporting occupancy growth through effective marketing strategies.You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, so strong communication skills, IT confidence, and a willingness to work within the local community are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver annual marketing plans
- Manage campaigns and maintain a structured marketing calendar
- Oversee website content and digital presence
- Lead on social media, email marketing, and digital advertising
- Improve SEO and online visibility
- Design newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials
- Create engaging photography and content campaigns
- Monitor and manage online reviews (Carehome.co.uk, Google, etc.)
- Track campaign performance and lead generation
- Promote open days, events, and community activities
- Build strong links with local organisations and stakeholders
- Work closely with the Customer Experience \& Admissions Officer to convert enquiries into admissions
- Support occupancy growth through targeted initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT and digital marketing skills
- Confident working independently and engaging with the community
- Creative, organised, and proactive approach
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
