The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to support the Home Manager and wider team with a range of administrative, HR, and compliance duties.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to be part of a friendly, supportive care setting.

- Provide general administrative support to the Home Manager
- Maintain records, filing systems, and document control
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes
- Manage data entry and maintain databases
- Order stationery and office supplies
- Handle visitor records and documentation
- Support petty cash reconciliation, invoices, and purchase orders
- Assist with payroll administration
- Support recruitment administration and onboarding
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Monitor DBS checks and compliance requirements
- Track and report on training compliance
- Liaise with the Customer Experience \& Admissions Officer
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Confident using IT systems and databases
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous administration experience (care home experience desirable but not essential)
Pay: £14\.50 per hour
