Marketing & Commercial Manager

We are a CQC\-registered medical aesthetics provider based in London, looking for an experienced Marketing \& Commercial Manager to join our growing team.

This is a hands\-on management role for a commercially minded marketing professional with previous experience in the medical aesthetics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our marketing strategy, driving patient acquisition and supporting the company's commercial growth.

Essential requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the medical, healthcare or medical aesthetics industry — essential


• Fluent Russian language — essential


• Previous experience as a Marketing Manager, Commercial Manager, Marketing \& Commercial Manager or in a comparable management\-level position


• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, commercial development and customer acquisition


• Experience using CRM systems, customer data and marketing analytics to support commercial decisions


• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and market insights into action


• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder\-management skills


• Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing and commercial initiatives


• Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications or a related discipline

• Develop and implement the company's marketing and commercial strategy


• Drive patient acquisition, retention and revenue growth


• Analyse market trends, competitors, customer behaviour and commercial performance


• Plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns across relevant channels


• Monitor marketing and commercial KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement


• Manage and optimise CRM and customer databases


• Develop strategies to improve the patient journey and customer experience


• Support pricing, promotional and commercial decisions


• Identify new business, partnership and growth opportunities


• Strengthen and develop the company's positioning within the premium medical aesthetics market


• Work closely with clinical and operational teams to align marketing activity with business objectives


• Report on marketing performance and commercial results to senior management

You will be a commercially driven marketing professional who understands the medical aesthetics and healthcare environment and can operate comfortably across both strategy and execution.

You should be confident working with data, identifying growth opportunities and taking responsibility for delivering measurable commercial results. Experience within premium medical aesthetics, private healthcare, beauty or wellness would be particularly valuable.

Pay: Up to £42,000\.00 per year
