VITAL Health is a fast\-growing private healthcare clinic that has a proven business model at their first clinic location. We're now expanding and our brand\-new Chelmsford clinic is the next chapter. Founded and led by a hands\-on entrepreneur, this is a place where your ideas will be heard, your growth will be supported, and no two days will look the same.

The Role

This is a junior marketing role with real variety and real responsibility from day one. You'll work directly alongside the clinic director to grow VITAL Health's presence in Chelmsford, combining hands\-on marketing work with a visible, client\-facing role in the clinic.

This isn't a desk\-in\-the\-corner job. You'll be the face of our brand as much as you'll be building it, so if you're as comfortable greeting patients with warmth and professionalism as you are designing a leaflet or scheduling a social post, you'll thrive here.

The hours we require are 2pm \- 8pm Monday \- Friday.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming and supporting patients at the clinic \- you're often the first impression people have of VITAL Health


• Planning and organising community events and workshops to raise local awareness


• Designing print materials including leaflets, flyers, and promotional content


• Supporting digital marketing activity including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising


• Assisting with website updates and content


• Working closely with external marketing collaborators and the clinic director on campaign strategy


• Getting stuck into whatever the business needs \- this is a growing company and every day brings something new

• Someone genuinely hungry to learn and build a career in marketing \- no passengers


• Comfortable and confident in a customer\-facing environment as you'll be interacting with patients regularly


• Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball


• Some experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe), social media, or basic website platforms is a plus


• A self\-starter who doesn't need to be told twice
