Marketing \& Business Associate

Creepway Ltd is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing \& Business Associate to support the growth of our business through strategic marketing, market research and business development.

The role will suit someone with a strong understanding of marketing strategy and customer behaviour, who can turn market information into practical ideas and marketing activities that help increase customer engagement, sales and long\-term business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Research market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth


• Contribute to marketing strategies based on market research and business objectives


• Identify target customers and develop effective approaches to reach and engage them


• Plan and support marketing campaigns across digital and social media channels


• Develop and coordinate marketing content for social media, websites and other online platforms


• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement and sales information


• Analyse marketing results and provide practical recommendations for improvement


• Manage and improve the company's online presence, including Google Business Profile


• Support customer engagement, local business development and promotional activities


• Prepare marketing reports, presentations and performance information using Microsoft Excel and other digital tools


• Work closely with management to implement marketing initiatives and identify new business opportunities


• Manage multiple activities while maintaining good organisation, accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong strategic knowledge of marketing and its role in business growth


• Experience or relevant knowledge in marketing, business development, market research or a related field


• Good understanding of customer behaviour, market analysis and competitor research


• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media and online marketing platforms


• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills


• Good written and verbal communication skills


• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint


• Strong organisational and time\-management skills


• Ability to work independently, take initiative and turn ideas into practical actions


• Commercially aware, motivated and focused on achieving measurable business results
