Job Title: Marketing Associate
Job Description
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the company's business growth through market research, client relationship management, and marketing activities for IT products and services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities and assist in growing the company's client base by developing relationships with new and existing customers.
- Work closely with senior management to understand current and future IT services and products and identify target markets and customer requirements.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to evaluate market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Prepare market research proposals, project plans, and cost estimates for marketing initiatives.
- Gather, analyse, and interpret market research data and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare reports and presentations outlining market opportunities, customer needs, and strategies for business growth.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing clients, referral partners, and prospective business contacts.
- Liaise with advertising and marketing teams to communicate customer requirements and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and promotional campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist senior management in reviewing pricing strategies, promotional activities, and advertising methods based on market research findings.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, market intelligence, and customer interactions.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of market research methodologies and marketing principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience working within the IT, software, or technology sector is desirable.
