Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Part\-time Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing within a professional environment. The successful candidate will support various marketing initiatives, assist with project management, and contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in marketing are essential for this position.
Duties
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and print media
- Support the creation of marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for B2B marketing initiatives
- Manage and update project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met through effective time management
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate events, promotions, and client outreach programmes
- Maintain organised records of marketing activities, contacts, and campaign results
- Contribute to social media content creation and engagement strategies
- Support leadership in analysing campaign performance data using analysis skills and IT tools
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience or knowledge of project management principles and tools
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Competence in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of B2B marketing practices is desirable
- Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to teamwork and initiative\-taking
- Good understanding of IT systems relevant to marketing activities
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience or interest in marketing is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Pay: £200\.00\-£300\.00 per week
