Marketing Assistant

ELA is seeking for a creative, detail\-oriented, and execution\-focused individual who can turn

ideas into impactful marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across

content creation, social media, campaigns, and events, while bringing fresh ideas and strong

organizational skills to the team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in launching upcoming marketing projects which

will be discussed in person.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing \& Communications

• Manage and grow ELA's social media channels across relevant platforms.


• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, media initiatives, and

promotional activities.

• Coordinate and support both online and offline events.

Immediate Projects

• Lead the execution and coordination of an upcoming campaigns for ELA.


• Support the planning and delivery of an offline event, ensuring smooth execution and

stakeholder coordination.

Content Creation \& Design

• Create, edit, and publish short\-form video content


• Design engaging visual assets for digital and offline marketing materials.


• Utilize tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator,

and AI\-powered creative tools to produce high\-quality content.

Content Marketing \& SEO

• Develop SEO\-optimized content to improve online visibility and audience engagement.


• Support content planning and content calendar management.

General Marketing Support

• Provide support for additional marketing activities and projects assigned by the Line

Manager. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign

execution.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications \& Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management.


• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events

(online and/or offline).

• Strong video editing and graphic design skills.


• Solid understanding of SEO content creation and digital marketing best practices.


• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.


• IELTS score of 7\.5 or above is preferred.
