Marketing and Social Media Assistant

Help tell the story of the future of British engineering.

We're a group of three businesses building products most people think can only come from overseas, and we're looking for a creative, driven Social Media \& Marketing Assistant to put our work in front of the world.

This isn't a brand that needs a coat of paint. It's a brand with a genuine story to tell, and we want someone hungry to tell it.

Who you'd be working with

Carraero — bespoke carbon fibre induction systems for BMW. Precision made all in\-house, performance obsessed, and sold to enthusiasts who care about every detail.

Machina Engineering — precision CNC manufacturing, running 24/7 automated production and finalising our aerospace and defence certification. Part of a bigger mission: reshoring British manufacturing.

Element Performance — our independent BMW specialist workshop. This is not the main focus for the role but will require some marketing and is a fantastic opportunity to see some very rare and exciting vehicles.

What you'd be doing

Getting our products seen — from physical shows and events to features in videos and in front of the right audiences

Constantly searching and picking up opportunities from radio to news and advertising opportunities

Coming up with fresh, innovative campaign ideas and smart customer\-retention strategies

Owning and keeping on top of live campaigns end to end

Working alongside the videographer to create relevant content

Running all of our social media platforms and keeping the websites current and sharp including SEO work

What we're looking for

A real passion and drive for the performance automotive and engineering world, ideally with some hands\-on experience or working knowledge of the industry

Excellent creative skills and an eye for content that stands out

A positive attitude, strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism

The ability to problem\-solve and work confidently on your own initiative

Great communication skills within a close team
