About Us
We’re a retail business specialising in bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms, with a physical showroom, website, and growing Instagram presence. We work closely with joinery suppliers to bring high\-quality products to our customers, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic intern to help us grow our marketing, social media, and sales.
The Role
This is a hands\-on opportunity to build real marketing and sales experience with a growing business. You’ll help shape how we show up online, support our sales pipeline, and pick up general admin tasks along the way — with genuine ownership over the content and campaigns you create.
What You’ll Do
∙ Marketing \& Social Media
∙ Plan and create content for Instagram and other social channels (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, media walls)
∙ Help develop and execute a content calendar
∙ Support website updates and product listings
∙ Track engagement and suggest improvements based on what’s working
∙ Sales
∙ Help generate and follow up on leads
∙ Support the customer journey from enquiry through to showroom appointment or sale
∙ Assist with outreach to prospective customers
∙ Admin
∙ General administrative support as needed (enquiries, scheduling, basic reporting)
What We’re Looking For
∙ Interest or experience in marketing, social media, or sales (formal experience not essential — enthusiasm and initiative matter more)
∙ Comfortable creating content (photos, video, captions) for Instagram and similar platforms
∙ Good written communication
∙ Self\-motivated and able to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup
∙ Interest in home interiors, kitchens, or bathrooms is a plus but not required
Pay \& Commission
∙ Commission paid on all sales generated through your work
∙ Exact commission structure and hours to be agreed with the successful candidate
