This company is a UK\-based property maintenance and home improvement business that provides a range of residential and commercial services, including landscaping, repairs, decking, fencing, plumbing, and exterior cleaning. The company focuses on delivering reliable workmanship, practical solutions, and customer\-focused service, helping clients maintain and improve their properties through both routine maintenance and renovation projects. You may be required to work on other businesses within the group.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Apprentice to join this growing team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and administration within a fast\-paced business environment.
The role will involve creating and scheduling social media content, supporting marketing campaigns, engaging with online audiences, and assisting with general admin tasks such as managing emails, organising files, and maintaining records.
We are looking for someone with good communication and organisational skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Help create and schedule engaging content for the company’s social media channels
· Learn about social media trends and support the team with new content ideas
· Assist with responding to comments, messages, and customer enquiries online
· Support the planning of marketing campaigns, promotions, and business events
· Help create marketing materials such as newsletters, posts, and company updates
· Keep records of social media activity and campaign performance organised and up to date
· Assist with general admin tasks including emails, scheduling meetings, and organising files
Candidate Requirements
· Right to work and live in the UK
· Achieved a C/4 and above in GCSE English and maths
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
· Basic understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing
· Willingness to learn how to use social media management and analytics tools
· Creative mindset with an eye for visual content and branding
· Positive, proactive, and friendly attitude with a willingness to get stuck in
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Professional and reliable approach to work
· IT skills, including Microsoft Office, emails, and record management
· Must be able to drive due to the remote location of the business
The Apprenticeship
This role will be part of a level three Multi\-Channel Marketer apprenticeship provided by The Marketing Trainer. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of topics over its 15\-month duration, including:
· Campaign management;
· Content creation;
· Social Media marketing;
· Digital and traditional communications;
· Brand management;
· Communication skills;
· Project Management;
· And much, much more.
All training and support will be conducted remotely via small group training cohorts and one\-to\-one coaching sessions that ensure you receive individualised support along the entirety of the apprenticeship.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a full CIM Foundation Certificate at no extra cost. This means that once you’re finished on the apprenticeship you’ll be awarded two distinct qualifications as opposed to one.
