Roofing Contracts Manager (Full time, Permanent)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Roofing Contract's Manager to oversee and manage multiple roofing projects from inception through to completion. This role is ideal for someone who has strong leadership skills, and a solid background in roofing or construction project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage roofing contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard


• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams


• Prepare project schedules, risk assessments, and method statements


• Monitor site progress and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health \& safety regulations


• Control costs, manage budgets, and handle variations where required


• Resolve on\-site issues efficiently and professionally


• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction


• Produce regular reports on project performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in roofing or construction contract management


• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials


• Excellent organisational and time management skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Strong communication and leadership abilities


• Good understanding of health \& safety regulations (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS preferred)


• Full UK driving licence and availability to travel around the South West.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working with both residential and commercial roofing projects


• Familiarity with contract law and procurement processes


• Proficiency in project management software
