As our client portfolio continues to grow, we're seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Account Manager \& Billing Administrator to join our team. This unique role combines client account management, digital marketing coordination, and customer billing administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both creative marketing and operational account management.
The Role
You will act as a key point of contact for clients, managing marketing campaigns, overseeing content delivery, and supporting customer billing and account administration. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional service standards while helping clients achieve their marketing objectives and maintaining accurate billing processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered in line with agreed objectives and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic support.
- Coordinate organic and paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Attend campaign planning and creative strategy sessions.
- Produce end\-of\-campaign reports, presenting performance insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional marketing services where appropriate.
- Work alongside designers and content creators to ensure campaigns align with branding and marketing objectives.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and platform developments.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation opportunities.
- Set up billing arrangements for new customer contracts.
- Process changes to customer billing accounts and payment information.
- Handle customer queries relating to invoices, account details, and address changes.
- Manage requests for copy invoices and account documentation.
- Investigate and resolve failed payments and cancelled direct debits.
- Produce and distribute monthly supplier reports.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and conduct invoice chasing where required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all billing information is up to date.
- Review content and campaign deliverables before publication.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure high standards are maintained across all client work.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement across campaigns and processes.
Pay: £25,000\.00\-£27,000\.00 per year
