Market & Customer Activation Manager
About this Position
As Market and Customer Activation Manager, you will act as a LOCTITE \& TEROSON brands ambassador, driving impactful customer engagement and market activation across France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
You will join the Marketing team, currently composed of 6 people, and take ownership of a dedicated market scope. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business priorities, customer needs, regional/global initiatives and local market focus areas into effective activation plans.
The role includes coaching and day\-to\-day management of apprentices, supporting both their development and the successful execution of marketing activations.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to the transformation of marketing activation in a complex B2B environment, combining strong brands, technical expertise, digital acceleration and close customer proximity.
What you´ll do
- Develop and execute account\-based and integrated marketing programs aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
- Adapt global and regional campaigns into strong local activation plans, while also designing dedicated local initiatives when relevant.
- Contribute to brand positioning, messaging and content strategy for key customer segments and channels.
- Build strong knowledge of the distribution network, channel partners and end customers to drive more targeted and effective marketing actions.
- Activate digital and offline channels, including social media, web, email, events, sales tools and customer\-facing content.
- Support key innovation launches, ensuring strong market adoption and impactful customer engagement.
- Identify market trends, customer insights and growth opportunities to shape future marketing approaches.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, technical and regional teams to ensure strong alignment and execution.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results and optimize ROI through data\-driven insights.
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in marketing/communication
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, content activation, campaign management and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, social media platforms and AI\-supported marketing tools.
- Experience in people management, project leadership or willingness to coach apprentices.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling and visually appealing customer content.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure marketing impact and turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Team player with a hands\-on mindset, strong organizational skills, interest in development within an international environment and the ability to work independently.
- Interest in innovation, technical products and international environments.
- Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus
