Vinci Hair Clinic is one of the world's leading hair restoration groups, operating surgical clinics across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. We are growing fast and we need the right person to lead that growth from the front.

This is a sales\-first, growth\-first leadership role. If your instinct is to delegate down and manage from a desk, this is not for you.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS REALLY ABOUT

We are looking for someone who has spent their career driving revenue, opening locations, building teams, and doing whatever it takes to hit the number — including the things that feel beneath the job title.

You will report directly to the CEO and COO. You will own the UK operation. You will be measured on commercial results.

We currently operate surgical clinics in London and Manchester, supported by a network of satellite and treatment clinics across the UK and Ireland. With around 50 staff across the UK operation, this is a business with real substance — and real ambition. Glasgow opens as a full surgical clinic later this year, with Ireland and Northern Ireland to follow. You will play a central role in every one of those openings — not from a boardroom, but on the ground.

What you will actually be doing:

  • Drive sales performance across the UK clinic network — conversion rates, lead follow\-up, consultant accountability, revenue per patient

  • Own the commercial P\&L for UK operations

  • Be a visible, daily presence in the business — the person the team sees and feels, not just hears about

  • Lead new clinic openings end to end — from pre\-launch setup to hitting month\-one targets

  • Coach and challenge the sales and ops team directly — sitting in on calls, reviewing performance, giving real\-time feedback

  • Identify and fix the gaps between what the operation should be delivering and what it actually is

  • Work alongside marketing to maximise conversion from every lead generated

  • No task is too small. If something needs doing and it moves the business forward, you do it
WHO WE NEED

Industry background is secondary. What matters is that you have spent your career growing things — revenue, teams, locations — and you have done it hands\-on.

You will be right for this if you:

  • Have a genuine track record of driving sales growth in a consumer\-facing, multi\-site business

  • Are the type of leader who rolls their sleeves up — no job is beneath you if it moves things forward

  • Have opened new locations and know what it takes to get them trading well from day one

  • Hold teams to account in a direct, fair, and motivating way

  • Move fast, make decisions, and do not wait to be told

  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where the goalposts move and the pace is relentless

  • Are based within one hour of London and can travel across the UK network as needed
Backgrounds we have seen work well: healthcare, aesthetics, dental, optical, fitness, hospitality, retail, financial services. If you have driven sales\-led growth in a service business, we want to talk.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • £90,000 base salary

  • Up to £30,000 in quarterly performance bonuses — tied to commercial and operational KPIs that are genuinely achievable

  • £120,000 total package for someone who hits their targets

  • Direct line to the CEO — fast decisions, no corporate layers

  • A business with real momentum, a strong brand, and serious growth plans

  • The scope to build something and leave your mark on it
If you are a driver, not a passenger — and you want to be part of something that is genuinely going somewhere — we want to hear from you.
