Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Manager Front of House / Personal Assistant to join our lovely team. This dual role combines exceptional front\-of\-house customer care with administrative and personal assistant support to ensure the smooth day\-to\-day running of the business.
The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our brand — greeting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring every visitor enjoys a five\-star experience — while also supporting management with scheduling, communication, and operational tasks. A background or interest in the beauty industry is highly desirable, along with a professional, can\-do attitude and managerial skills
Manager Front of House Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Upsell salon services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain an organised salon, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Providing beverages for clients
- Communicate effectively with all staff and other team members to coordinate schedules and services.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking product levels and placing orders as needed.

- Handle correspondence, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Support social media scheduling, client communication, and marketing activities as needed.
- Manage stock levels and order supplies when required.
- Support the team with daily salon/studio operations, ensuring a smooth client flow.
- Create visual content using Canva — including Instagram stories, posts, and branded materials for both the salon and the CEO’s personal page.
- Assist with social media management — editing videos or reels, scheduling posts, and helping maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- Help plan and coordinate events, photoshoots, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle personal errands or tasks for the CEO (e.g. ordering gifts, purchasing essentials, coordinating deliveries, etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Support with ad hoc projects or other tasks that help streamline business and personal operations.
- Previous experience in front of house, or personal assistant (preferably in beauty, hospitality, or creative industries).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous, particularly in English, to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to sell products or services through effective communication and upselling techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and polished presentation.
- Proficient in canva and confident with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Organised, detail\-oriented, and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Tech\-savvy with good computer skills (Microsoft Office / EXCEL / booking systems).
- Creative eye for design, branding, and content creation.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and adaptable with a can\-do attitude.
- Interest or background in the beauty, fashion, or wellness industry is highly desirable.

Pay: £14\.00\-£17\.00 per hour
