<p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p>
<p>Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment is seeking an<strong> Manager, Partnership Marketing</strong> to manage and grow a portfolio of partner accounts for the New York Liberty. This role requires a detail‑oriented, service‑minded professional with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client support. The ideal candidate brings a passion for partnership activation, consistently delivers best‑in‑class executions, and actively seeks to learn from industry trends and partners’ brand and business objectives. This position reports directly to the Director of Partnership Marketing.</p>
<p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage, maintain, renew, and grow high‑profile partner accounts, including executing partnership assets, activating promotions, overseeing hospitality programs, and managing community initiatives, media, and signage.</li>
<li>Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for assigned accounts and partnership initiatives.</li>
<li>Build and strengthen relationships with sponsors and media partners.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the Partnership Development and Partner Solutions teams to ensure inventory is accurately incorporated into renewal and upsell proposals.</li>
<li>Deepen and expand partner relationships by exceeding expectations on contractual deliverables and identifying opportunities that generate incremental value.</li>
<li>Present insights, ideas, and strategic recommendations to help partners grow their business by staying up to date on objectives, industry trends, and the competitive landscape locally, regionally, nationally, and globally.</li>
<li>Partner with internal departments including Marketing, Game Presentation, Community Relations, and Ticketing on sponsored programs and initiatives.</li>
<li>Attend New York Liberty and Barclays Center events to host partners, oversee in‑arena promotions, and support departmental functions.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BRING</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required;</li>
<li>2-4 years of partnership account management required. </li>
<li>Sports industry experience preferred. Agency experience a plus.</li>
<li>Proven record of hitting goals/budgets.</li>
<li>Must have advanced skills with utilizing Microsoft suite; proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) highly preferred.</li>

<p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p>

<li>$66,500 - $80,000 + Discretionary Bonus</li>

<li>Works primarily in an office environment but is expected to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends and holidays.</li>
<li>Travel Requirements: May be required to travel on rare occasions (<5% travel); trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.</li>
