We’re seeking a dedicated and passionate <strong>Full</strong><strong>-Time Lead Operations Associate </strong>to support our lottery ticket operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, <strong>this position is based on-site in Brooklyn, NY</strong>. <p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Hours are flexible and based on business needs. Saturday and Sunday availability is required. <br><br><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Open or close the location following company procedures (including security protocols).</li>
<li>Serve as the acting supervisor when management is not present.</li>
<li>Accurately and efficiently process customer orders to ensure a smooth and organized experience.</li>
<li>Follow opening and closing procedures for assigned work area.</li>
<li>Maintain all location equipment, ensuring it remains in good working condition.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot basic technical issues.</li>
<li>Promptly escalate any issues, concerns, or feedback to the on-duty supervisor.</li>
<li>Adhere to established operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency.</li>
<li>If applicable, support the retail store, including processing transactions, overseeing inventory, maintaining organization, and keeping the store clean.</li>
<li>Assist with special projects as required.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of a High School degree or equivalent. </li>
<li>Must be 18 years older.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a key holder or supervisory role preferred.</li>
<li>The willingness to work flexible hours as needed, which may include extended shifts in the day or night and/or occasional weekends or holidays.</li>
<li>A passion for learning new processes and technologies.</li>
<li>Experience in fast-paced environments.</li>
<li>Self-starter mentality and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently.</li>
<li>Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-moving setting.</li>
