You will be passionate about delivering an impact that matters to our clients by delivering solutions which provide the right information, at the right time to run their businesses. You will deliver EPM solutions based on OneStream software that are tailor made, business led and technology enabled across geographic and organisational boundaries. You will focus on developing and implementing robust processes, actively engaging in business development and strengthening the Centre of Excellence.

You will be responsible for:

• Building, testing and deploying OneStream or Tagetik solutions in close collaboration with the Solution Architect and Subject Matter Experts


• Determining the most effective solutions to address customer requirements and clearly communicate OneStream or Tagetik’s comprehensive value proposition.


• Providing support to prospects and customers, maintaining high levels of satisfaction with limited oversight.


• Playing a key role in developing the proposition creating sales and marketing assets, as well as training, recruiting, onboarding collaterals


• Delivering product demonstrations to senior finance leaders to accelerate the sales cycle, showcasing both standard and bespoke solutions.


• Presenting information in a clear and compelling manner and build credibility with stakeholders.


• Providing guidance and support to junior Consultants and Sales Representatives, while actively facilitating the sharing of knowledge within the team.

You will demonstrate:

Essential:

• Extensive experience in developing and testing EPM solutions


• Experience in the OneStream or Tagetik platforms, components and accelerators


• Familiarity with financial close procedures, consolidations, financial reporting (statutory and management), and financial planning and analysis (FP\&A).


• Awareness of accounting processes: account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top\-side adjustments.


• Confident in leading technical discussions, presenting, and aligning solutions to customer needs

• Experience in finance or accounting, along with knowledge of business analysis and financial modelling


• Understanding of relational databases and deployment options (on premises, cloud, Software as a Service)


• Qualified/Part\-Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA


• OneStream/Tagetik Certified Professional qualified


• Experience in other EPM solutions (e.g. Oracle FCCS, PBCS, Anaplan, Pigment)

Finance Transformation

Our clients want to achieve maximum value from digital transformation investments in Finance. That’s where we come in. By taking a holistic view of performance improvement, including strategy, process design and technology enablement, we support the smooth operation of transformations.

We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
