Moreton is our next step. This role is key to getting it right from day one.

The role

We’re looking for a Site Manager to lead a new MOR site from launch through to a high\-performing, stable operation.

This is not a maintenance role. It’s about setting standards, building a team, and establishing a site that runs properly.

You will be responsible for the day\-to\-day running of the site, leading both front of house and kitchen coordination, with a strong focus on service, coffee, and team performance.

What you’ll be doing

Opening \& setup

• Support final setup ahead of launch


• Build and train the opening team


• Establish systems, standards, and service flow

• Run busy services from the floor


• Set the pace, energy, and expectations


• Ensure strong table service and smooth kitchen coordination

• Recruit, train and develop your team


• Create a culture of accountability and support


• Address issues early and directly

• Own rotas, staffing levels, and daily organisation


• Manage stock, ordering, and waste


• Ensure the site is consistently clean, organised, and ready

• Understand and manage labour vs turnover


• Drive efficiency without compromising quality


• Take ownership of site performance

• Experience running a busy café or restaurant site


• Strong understanding of table service and service flow


• Solid coffee and barista knowledge


• A leader who takes ownership and sets the standard


• Calm, decisive and organised under pressure


• High attention to detail across all areas of the site


• Confident managing both people and performance
