Care Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Care Administrator to join an established Domiciliary Care provider in Gloucestershire.
You have the important role of managing administrative systems and processes to the highest standard to help the Registered Manager and the team to work safely and effectively, therefore *previous experience in health and social care administration is essential*. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work within a fast\-paced domiciliary care environment.
In summary, you will be responsible of:
- Coordinate the effective function of the office;
- Keeping electronic and physical records up to date;
- Working with the care team to evaluate interventions and identify where and when further ones will be required;
- Document and report any issues to line manager;
- To communicate with confidence to the service user/coworkers and record information clearly;
- To be able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Undertake the duties of the on\-call phone when required, ensuring a detailed handover report is submitted;
- To schedule and attend regular team meetings;
- To prioritise and manage time effectively;
- To keep up to date with all mandatory training;
- Performs all tasks in compliance with the company policies/rules and procedures.
