Overview
We are looking for a highly capable manager to lead high\-impact business and technology transformation engagements across the London Market and wider insurance sector, supporting clients to redesign operating models, optimise processes, and deliver technology\-enabled change. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, bringing deep expertise across Delegated Authority, underwriting operations, distribution, and broader insurance transformation initiatives to drive strategic and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading projects, workstreams and delivery teams across the full project lifecycle, from strategy and assessment through to design, implementation and business adoption.
- Driving the development of future\-state operating models, governance frameworks, business processes and transformation roadmaps aligned to client objectives and strategic priorities.
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, controls, data quality and customer outcomes through technology, automation, AI and innovative ways of working.
- Contribute to business development activities, proposition development and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen Synpulse’s market presence and support growth across the insurance sector.
- Coach and mentor consultants whilst fostering a collaborative, inclusive and high\-performing team environment.
