Manager in Financial Services Transformation (M/F/X)

Luxembourg \| Permanent Contract \| 7\+ years of experience

Lead transformation programmes, advise senior executives and contribute to the development of BearingPoint’s Financial Services practice in Luxembourg.

Your Role

• Lead consulting engagements from initial design through implementation.


• Advise senior executives on strategic, operational and technology transformation.


• Oversee project delivery, quality, governance and stakeholder alignment.


• Develop trusted client relationships and identify new business opportunities.


• Lead proposals, requests for proposal and market offering development.


• Coach consultants and contribute to team development.

• You have at least seven years of relevant experience, including management consulting or advisory.


• You have a strong understanding of financial services and transformation projects.


• You combine strategic thinking with hands\-on delivery capabilities.


• You have experience managing clients, projects and consulting teams.


• You demonstrate a commercial mindset and an interest in business development.


• You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset.

• Lead strategic transformation programmes with leading financial institutions.


• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and decision\-makers.


• Contribute directly to the growth of our clients and our practice.


• Develop and mentor talented consulting teams.
