THE OPPORTUNITY

As Manager District Sales Luxembourg, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives while driving district performance and delivering business objectives. You will identify commercial opportunities, ensure execution excellence, and contribute to business growth across the Luxembourg market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives to achieve district objectives and sales targets.


• Identify commercial opportunities, ensure execution of retail standards, and drive strong field performance.


• Conduct coaching to build capabilities and engagement.


• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


• Monitor KPIs, implement action plans, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to support sustainable business growth.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.


• Consumer\-centric mindset with strong commercial acumen and a results\-driven, data\-oriented approach.


• High level of ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong learning agility, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a changing environment.


• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong problem\-solving, decision\-making, and resilience capabilities.


• Fluent in French and English.


• Must be based in Luxembourg or within commuting distance from Belgium, France, or Germany.
