Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen and service areas


• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock control efficiently


• Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings

Skills
