- Support the Production Team by providing basic troubleshooting assistance and coaching.

- Perform daily/weekly planned maintenance tasks while also handling reactive escalations.
- Is solution\-oriented and proactive in taking initiative.
- Works with accuracy, reliability, and strong safety awareness.
- Enjoys teamwork but is also comfortable working independently.
- Relevant technical training, e.g. electrician/automation technician, machine installer, or equivalent skills.
- Experience in an electrical and/or mechanical role.
- Proven background in maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment and machinery.
- Flexibility to work in different temperature ranges (\+25°C to \-25°C).
- Ability to work at heights.
- A genuine commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work.
As part of our workplace policy, smoking is not allowed during working hours. You will also be required to undergo a medical examination to obtain a fitness certificate, ensuring that you are cleared to work at heights.
