Your mission, roles and responsibilities
--------------------------------------------

• ### Ability to work in shifts – 3rd shift;


• Analyse and modify PLC programs to address breakdowns or process improvements;


• Update and modify HMI consoles;


• Manage backups of PLC, robot and peripheral equipment programs, ensuring they are always available and up to date;


• Manage hierarchical access levels to equipment, ensuring standardisation and proposing solutions that guarantee product quality and the safety of people and machines;


• Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and improvement activities, particularly in power and control systems;


• Actively participate in ABC analysis of costs and downtime, proposing optimisation solutions;


• Promote knowledge sharing within the team regarding new technologies and industrial automation devices;


• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment;


• Perform tasks in full compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements;


• Carry out duties in a disciplined and responsible manner, in accordance with the company’s Quality, Environment and Safety policies, contributing to continuous improvement, accident prevention and environmental protection.


• Your profile and competencies to succeed

• ### Ability to work in shifts – 3rd shift;


• Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Automation, or a related field;


• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the automotive or metalworking industry;


• Solid knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen\-Bradley or similar) and HMI systems;


• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control systems;


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics;


• Familiarity with robotics systems and industrial automation technologies is an advantage;


• Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills;


• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and proactive attitude;


• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement principles.
