Are you a multiskilled maintenance engineer with senior / supervisory / team lead experience? Have you worked within a food manufacturing environment? Do you want a new senior role within an industry leading, multisite group who are known for their first class training, development and staff retention?
Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an engineering team lead to join the team at their facility in London. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating busy maintenance schedules, staff hours and health and safety. You will be a senior member of the team but will remain hands on if needed, assisting with planned \& preventative maintenance, production processes and internal KPI’s. This is a great opportunity to develop your management skills whilst keeping a days based shift pattern offering excellent work / life balance.
