Maintenance Operative

We’re looking for a maintenance operative to work with us on domestic properties throughout the West Midlands.

Typically we work on houses built in the last 10 years, doing reactive repairs as well as minor refurbishments. We do all kinds of jobs \- from resealing showers, replacing bath panels through to full redecoration and replacing entire bathrooms.

If you’re a bit of an all rounder, then you might be what we’re after.

The most common kinds of jobs we do are;

• Bathroom repairs. Figuring out why the floor is wet after a tenant takes a shower, or what is causing the stain on the living room ceiling. Between the plumbing, sealant and grout we do a lot of repairs in bathrooms, so being comfortable working with basic plumbing, tile and silicone is a must.


• Joinery and kitchen repairs. It’s more kitchen surgery than kitchen fitting \- replacing end panels, refitting doors when the washing machine has been replaced, and finally putting a stop to the plinth falling over every time the tenant walks in.


• Full house repaints \- emulsion and woodwork.

Great work is easier with great tools \- and we’ll set you up with a toolkit you can be proud of. Van, iPhone, workwear and PPE are provided. We know workwear and PPE styles are personal, so we’re flexible with whatever works best for you.

£35k Salary

20 Days holiday, plus bank holidays, plus 3 days for Christmas shutdown (31 days total).

What we need, and what we don’t.

You need to be able to start each day in Willenhall at 8:00, and work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Full driving license for the van.

Able to pass a DBS check.
