Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and talented Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the property environment or managing a team.

Responsibilities:

• Experience of managing and developing a team, as well as working efficiently with them.


• Experience in working in a property / estates/ maintenance team


• Good administrative experience to include developing and improving processes


• Experience developing and improving a service and customer service.


• Lead on the management of maintenance across all OUR 200 PROPERTIES.


• Lead and organise the running and development of the maintenance team within established procedures and policies.


• Direct and manage team members to quickly respond and carry out repairs to faulty or damaged building elements, finishes, fixtures and fittings, mechanical \& electrical systems.


• Encourage the delivery of an excellent customer service culture


• Inspect properties regularly to ensure it meets safety standards.


• Arrange for routine maintenance checks


• Manage the rota system to ensure appropriate resources are available to satisfy demands and hire staff when needed in the company.


• Checking Invoices for maintenance employees and services booked by the maintenance department.


• Create schedules for when properties are going to be checked and serviced


• Should be good at working in a fast pace enviorment to ensure jobs are being done in a timely manner and between check in and check out times.


• Organising gardens \& Rubbish collection


• Must be comfortable working as as manager and taking on responsibility of the department.


• The job is based in office \- required to go out and do inspections if needed.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: £14\.50\-£16\.00 per hour
