Maintenance Handyman

Kimera FM UK Ltd work with a wide variety of clients. Due to new contracts, the company would like to appoint an experience multi skilled general engineer to join the existing team covering the South West Of England, with the main proportion of work between Bristol and Exeter.

The Maintenance Engineer Role

Our maintenance team is committed to ensuring everything works as it should, to deliver You will be a master multitasker, a fixer and a doer with the tools to keep our sites looking great.

As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure client satisfaction, health and safety compliance, and the smooth running of property maintenance.

As Maintenance Engineer, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering service where we believe that anything is possible.

Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential

This role is being offered on a permanent basis, offering a company van, fuel card, pension, private healthcare and security in your role.

Be able to multi skill outside their core trade – to include plumbing, general building, carpentry \& roofing and general PPM compliance tasks.

Previous experience of planned and reactive maintenance works in Commercial/Residential \& Industrial settings.

Be able to identify issues and be able to problem solve/decision making

Must have the ability to operate safely and have a good knowledge of Health and Safety

Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Be able to complete and send paperwork/photos electronically via our Tablet system.

Essential:

Experience of carrying out planned maintenance or refurbishment works

Full UK driving Licence

Familiarity of working in occupied premises

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £26,500\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
