The Role Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensuring all activities are recorded in our Computerised Maintenance Management System.
- Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of advanced automated equipment.
- Responding to breakdowns, balancing proactive and reactive work to keep production flowing.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance and reduce downtime.
- Mentoring less experienced engineers and sharing knowledge across the team.
- Upholding high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.
What We’re Looking For
- Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer (or proven Electrical Engineer with transferable skills).
- ONC/HNC or NVQ Level 3 in Engineering (or equivalent).
- Experience in automation, manufacturing, or installation is highly desirable.
- Strong fault\-finding, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive, can\-do attitude and a collaborative, team\-first approach.
Salary \& Benefits
- £48,500 base salary (inclusive of shift allowance).
