Are you a skilled all\-rounder who loves working with a great team? If so, we have the perfect role for you in our Maintenance Team!
As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll help keep our iconic hotel running smoothly. Your main tasks will include fixing faults, making repairs, ensuring Health and Safety, and working with guests, managers, contractors, and suppliers.
What You Need:
- Qualified plumber with experience
- Knowledge of gas boilers, booster pumps, and heating systems
- Experience with B.M.S. and controls software
- HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting skills (a plus!)
- Ability to handle basic electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- 30 days of holiday including public holidays, increasing to 35 with length of service
