<ul>
<li>Prioritize safety as a core principle</li>
<li>Interpret work orders and blueprints to determine machining requirements</li>
<li>Set-up and operate multi-axis CNC machining centers</li>
<li>Ensuring proper machine adjustments</li>
<li>Machine of quality parts for window & door manufacture</li>
<li>Perform quality workmanship with dimensional accuracy</li>
<li>Inspect completed parts according to specifications</li>
<li>Document & report productivity and non-conforming records</li>
<li>Perform secondary machining operations as needed</li>
<li>Perform daily maintenance activities to machines as prescribed</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and orderly machines & workstations</li>
<li>Participate in and contribute to a continuous improvement culture</li>
<li>Work professionally and positively with others to achieve a healthy and cohesive working relationship</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualification/Education Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Introductory skill level in CNC machining</li>
<li>Ability to utilize various machine-shop measuring instruments helpful</li>
<li>Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32” accuracy</li>
<li>Appetite for a mechanical job role striving to deliver OEE (Optimal Equipment Effectiveness)</li>
<li>Machining experience helpful</li>
<li>Detail-oriented experience</li>
<li>Computer familiarity</li>
<li>Work structure organization skill</li>
