<ul>
<li>Leading and guiding maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency</li>
<li>Plan and assign daily maintenance tasks, prioritizing urgent repairs and preventive work</li>
<li>Lead hands-on troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems</li>
<li>Maintain and update CMMS for work orders and equipment history</li>
<li>Source and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement projects and plant-wide initiatives</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> What We Are Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Extensive hands-on experience – 5 years of practical experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance in an industrial setting, in depth knowledge of mechanical systems, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques.</li>
<li>2+ years leading and managing a team of mechanics, including training and mentoring junior staff.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Parts / inventory, writing work orders, and scheduling experience</li>
