Macaroni Penguin is one of London's favourite play destinations for children under 6\. Our design is purposefully engaging without being overstimulating — creating a relaxed, joyful space where children thrive and parents can truly unwind. With our T4 tea shop on\-site, we've thought of everything to keep the whole family happy.

T4 Tea for U is the most authentic and popular Taiwanese fresh brewed tea in the UK. T4 was founded in Taiwan in 2004 with the philosophy of connecting people through a cup of tea. The T4 concept originated in a warm greeting between people: “A cup of TEA FOR you.”

We have successfully run more than 60 stores in the UK. Our mission is to bring happiness to customers and their friends, in the UK and worldwide.

We achieve this through our delicious cups of the finest quality Taiwanese bubble tea. Our tea is prepared from the finest tea leaves – whole leaves, never tea bags or powder. We grow the tea ourselves, at precisely the right altitudes, at our tea fields in the beautiful hills and mountains of Taiwan.

In our shop, the focus on quality continues, with artisan tea prepared for you in small batches, with the temperature and other conditions carefully managed. T4 represents quality, sharing and happiness.

We are looking for Operations Manager:

• Who is passionate about bubble tea


• Who is playful with young children and love to interact with the families


• Who is passionate about training people and leading the team


• Work side by side with the team member to lead by example each day


• Able to work under pressure and in a fast\-pacedenvironment


• Maintain high quality standards in both T4 and Macaroni Penguin services.


• Flexible working hours including weekends


• Eligible to work in the UK


• Good service attitude and consciousness and able to lead the team in a positive culture


• Always keen to learn and improve


• Manage the shop and ensure the smoothness of daily operation

• Overseeing daily operations across both Macaroni Penguin and T4


• Ensure the smoothenss of daily operation


• Maintain high quality standards in both T4 and Macaroni Penguin services.


• Train staff and monitor the performance of the staff


• Manage Staff rota and stock control


• Communicate effectively with the customers and the team members


• Support the team in a positive culture


• Taking customer orders


• Making the drinks and teas/various ingredients


• Routine in\-store cleaning for both Macaroni Penguin and T4 areas


• Greet the customers and pay attention to customer at all times


• Listen to customer’s inquires and assist as much as possible

• Full training


• 35hr\+/ week
