Your mission is to turn bold M&amp;A visions into seamless, high-impact integrations.In this role, you will own the post-acquisition lifecycle. You won't just analyze business plans; you will drive them, ensuring acquired entities align with Fever’s strategic priorities and reach their full growth potential. Acting as the bridge between new teams and our internal departments, you will lead cross-functional roadmaps—across product, marketing, and operations—to harmonize ways of working and unlock synergies that power our international expansion.</span></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Track post-acquisition performance, identifying opportunities for synergies, scalability, and innovation</span></li>

<p><strong><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Who You Are</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Engineering </strong>or a related field is required (MBA or consulting experience a plus)</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or M&amp;A integration</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and data-driven approach</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams</span></li>
