KNOW THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a highly organised, pro\-active and driven sales advisor to join the team in our Arnotts location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influence sales and excelling in customer service
- Sharing their knowledge of each product by answering customer queries
- Become a product knowledge expert having up to date knowledge of our pieces and a good awareness of competitor brands
- Achieve team and personal sales targets by using sales skills including up \-selling, ATV, UPT
- Have an interest / experience in social media including Instagram and tiktok as there is potential to include these activities in daily tasks for the right candidate
- If you have a passion for fashion and thrive on taking the lead on retail operations, inspiring a high performing team to beat their targets and provide a world\-class service, then we would love to have you join us!
- PLEASE NOTE: You must be flexible to work 30 hours per week and availability week days/ weekends
