The Role

We are looking for an experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to join our Rayleigh\-based team. You’ll craft and sell bespoke travel packages, manage client relationships, and contribute to our growth. Your understanding of the luxury travel sector will be key \- having your own book of clients is a great bonus, though not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create, sell, and manage bespoke luxury travel and experiences (flights, accommodation, ground transport, excursions, etc.)

● Provide white\-glove service to premium clients, ensuring all details are seamless.

● Maintain and grow client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

● Stay current with luxury travel destinations, event trends, and supplier offerings.

● Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets.

About You:

● Solid experience as a travel consultant \- essential. In particular, GDS knowledge is key.

● Strong knowledge of high\-end travel logistics and luxury markets.

● Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship\-building skills.

● Highly organised, detail\-oriented, and client\-centred.

● Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and proactive.

● Possessing your own client book is a major plus (but not mandatory).
