Luxury Sales Consultant (Diamonds/Jewellery - Amazing OTE!)

Our client, a family-owned Luxury Retail business specialising in Diamonds/Jewellery, are looking to recruit 2 x Luxury Sales Advisors to join their bespoke, appointment-only boutique on a permanent basis. Working in an incredibly prestigious London location and with the opportunity to earn an incredible amount of money in commission, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate(s).

Our client have been established for over 20 years and specialise in creating bespoke engagement rings, wedding bands and timeless pieces. The business boasts over 20 FTE (7 FTE in the client-facing boutique) and, due to their consistent growth/demand, are now seeking 2 x more candidates to join their lovely team. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and advising clients in a professional, luxury retail environment


• Building rapport, understanding client requirements and guiding them through engagement ring, diamond and wedding band purchases


• Managing consultations from initial enquiry through to sale and follow-up


• Developing strong client relationships and generating repeat/referral business


• Working towards individual and store sales targets


• Maintaining high standards of presentation, product knowledge and customer service


• Confidently following up leads by phone, email and WhatsApp

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

• Strong sales background - ideally within luxury retail, jewellery, watches, bridal or another high-value consultative sales environment


• Proven ability to close high-value sales and work towards targets


• Confident, articulate and professional with excellent communication skills


• Naturally warm and personable style with strong relationship-building skills


• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable following up with clients


• Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation


• Consultative approach - never pushy, but someone whom can make clients feel comfortable, build trust, communicate value and confidently guide towards a purchase

In addition to a very competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000, our client are also offering the following:

• Uncapped commission structure (quarterly commission - current team members earning over £100,000 a year!)

• Great working hours: Working 4 days in the week and every Saturday (5 days a week in total): 9.45am - 6.30pm
