Bella Ling is a luxury fashion boutique in the heart of Knightsbridge, specialising in carefully curated new and pre\-owned designer fashion. Since launching in 2020, we have built a loyal client base by offering exceptional pieces from the world's most sought\-after luxury brands while promoting a more sustainable approach to luxury fashion.
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Luxury Retail Manager to lead our boutique and deliver an exceptional client experience while driving sales growth.
The Role
As Luxury Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the overall commercial performance of the boutique. You will lead the sales team, develop client relationships, oversee the customer experience, and ensure the store reflects the highest standards of luxury retail.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client\-focused environment, has a passion for luxury fashion, and enjoys building long\-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales \& Business Development
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, customer retention, and average transaction value.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the store's client base.
- Monitor sales performance and motivate the team to achieve results.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every client receives a personalised luxury shopping experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients and repeat customers.
- Handle high\-value sales and customer enquiries professionally and confidently.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team.
- Conduct training and coaching to maintain high service standards.
- Manage staff rotas and daily team performance.
- Foster a positive, professional, and results\-driven working environment.
- Ensure the boutique is maintained to the highest standards at all times.
- Oversee visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Strong knowledge of luxury fashion and designer brands.
- Experience with Shopify and retail sales systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded.
- Experience within luxury resale, consignment, or premium fashion retail is highly desirable.

Pay: £40,000\.00\-£45,000\.00 per year
