As we continue to grow our packaging business, we’re looking for an experienced Luxury Packaging Specialist Project Manager to join our team and help us take what we do to the next level.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly diligent packaging professional with a strong understanding of paper\-over\-board and cardboard luxury packaging.
You’ll be involved throughout the life of a project – from initial concepts and development through to production, testing and delivery. You’ll work closely with some of our key clients, helping to develop ideas, solve problems and turn creative concepts into beautifully produced packaging.
Working collaboratively across our business, you’ll interact with our:
- Creative and artwork teams
- CAD and structural design team
- Wide format team
- Lithographic production
- Finishing and packaging teams
- External suppliers and manufacturing partners
The role will also involve areas such as transit testing, production planning, technical development, problem solving and quality control.
What we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who knows packaging and understands what it takes to turn an idea into a finished product.
You’ll need:
- Significant experience within the printing and packaging industry
- Strong knowledge of paper\-over\-board and cardboard packaging
- An understanding of fluted packaging and wide\-format production
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent problem\-solving ability
- The confidence to communicate with clients, suppliers and colleagues
- A creative and practical approach to finding solutions
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines

Pay: £33,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
