Diamond Heaven are looking for a Sales Executive to work in our London showroom.

Over the last 15 years Diamond Heaven has grown from a small website based company to one of a leading omni channel fine diamond jewellery companies in the UK, with several locations up and down the country with more stores on the way in the near future.

We are now looking for a Sales Executive who can provide an excellent level of customer service within a busy retail environment.

With many of our clients choosing diamond jewellery, it will be your responsibility to ensure we guide them to their desired item providing all the advice they require along the way.

About the Role:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all of our prospective clients during their time in our showroom.

  • Ensure that the store and all products are kept presentable at all times.

  • Manage and participate in client appointments both in store and over the phone if required.

  • Follow up with clients over email and WhatsApp after initial appointment to help with their purchase.

  • Guide clients to their desired item in a timely manner

  • Meet monthly sales targets.

  • You’ll get to work with stunning pieces of Diamond Jewellery and loose diamonds.

  • You will be trained and guided to understand various aspects of diamonds and diamond jewellery and the jewellery production process, working closely with suppliers and workshops.

  • The candidate must be well motivated, well presented and above all deliver top customer service.

Experience within the luxury retail/jewellery sector is necessary.

Will provide a competitive salary along with a generous commission structure for all our staff.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £26,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
