Wilson Bathroom Company is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Consultant to join our showroom team.
We specialise in the design and supply of high\-quality bathrooms, wetrooms and wellness spaces. This is a customer\-facing sales role where you will guide clients from their first enquiry through consultation, product selection and quotation, with the goal of converting opportunities into sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Welcoming showroom customers and building rapport
● Understanding customer needs, style, budget and priorities
● Presenting bathroom products, designs and solutions
● Following up enquiries by phone, email and CRM
● Preparing and presenting quotations
● Handling objections and confidently asking for the sale
● Working towards individual and team sales targets
● Keeping customer records and opportunities up to date
● Maintaining strong product knowledge
● Supporting showroom promotions and events
What We’re Looking For
● Strong communication and people skills
● Confidence speaking with customers
● A proactive approach to sales and follow\-up
● Comfortable working towards targets
● Organised and reliable
● Professional and presentable
● Comfortable discussing budgets and closing sales
● Basic IT skills and confidence using CRM systems
Previous experience in bathrooms, kitchens, interiors, furniture, property, home improvement or high\-value retail sales would be an advantage, but full product training will be provided.
