Loss Prevention Manager - Store Projects
More About The Role
To deliver the agreed loss prevention strategy and supporting business KPIs through the successful execution of store\-based projects. This role plays a key part in reducing shrink by ensuring operational standards \& loss prevention projects are effectively implemented and consistently adhered to across the total retail estate. Working cross\-functionally, the role will engage closely with Retail teams and other key business functions to ensure that store projects \& operational processes impacting shrink are aligned with company standards. This role is a secondment opportunity and based at our support office in Bradford.
Accountabilities:
Customer:
- Collaborate with suppliers and third\-party contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to the shrink strategy
- Deliver successful projects that support the customer journey inclusive of NPS but hold sufficient friction to achieve the shrink benefit
- External networking to review future \& current products to enhance shrink management in stores while delivering the businesses shrink strategy
- Maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure consistent support for the loss reduction agenda highest levels of loss engagement across entire store teams
- Listen to and respond to in store colleague feedback and insight into loss
- Own, define, and deliver loss prevention initiatives and projects
- Lead on mitigating shrink within Retail Operations through strong operational process
- Continuously review the key performance indicators and supporting data for insight and prioritisation of activity
- Deliver business loss targets by delivering loss prevention projects
- Route cause analysis for all projects to ensure these are being delivered and meeting the expected ROI’s and benefits
