Scope of the role:

• Delivery of monthly Group accounts (itsu \[grocery] and subsidiary accounts), including balance sheet and cash flow


• Ownership of the year\-end process, including the external audit, all tax\-related matters, and production of the statutory accounts (for itsu \[grocery] and subsidiary)


• Management, mentoring, and growing of the AR, AP and management accounts teams


• Management of month\-end reporting to Board and Executive Team, overseeing the management accounts team, including detail shop and cost reporting, monthly reviews with budget holders and budget / forecast setting


• Develop and improve systems, processes, and internal controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and profitability within a growing business


• Managing the relationship with key external stakeholders: investors, banks, insurers, and other key providers


• Being responsible for all Taxation and VAT matters
