GSG are recruiting for a logistics Supervisor to support and lead the warehouse and logistic operation of a Healthcare pathology contract in South East London.

We are looking for individuals who are

• Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast\-paced environment


• Person centred approach, positive, enthusiastic, and customer focused

• Managing routes and progress (throughout the day)


• Ensuring sickness and holidays are covered adequately


• Vehicle compliance checks


• Driver welfare and support


• Ensure drivers KPI’s \& ETA's are being met


• Ensure customer KPI’s are met


• Support with any urgent collections that may come through from the client


• Ensure a high standard of Customer service is provided by yourself and the drivers


• Support the contract manager in the day to day running of the site

• Monday \- Friday.


• £29,800 Per Annum.


• 28 days holiday (incl. Bank Holidays).


• Regular 9\-hour shift \- 09:30 \- 18:30 working hours


• Uniform and Training will be provided.


• Mobile phone will be provided.

• You have a proven track record of delivering great customer service


• You can work to agreed deadlines


• You have previous experience in a logistics background (Team leader, shift manager, supervisor)


• Logistics in healthcare is a bonus


• Have a valid, clean driving licence


• Able to provide training to new drivers


• Flexible and adaptable to changing demands of the contract


• Able to work under your own initiative as well as part of a large team

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,285\.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Logistics: 1 year (required)


• healthcare: 1 year (preferred)

• Driving Licence (required)
